Fresh Twice A Week for 4 Months –
Quality All the Way

The robust Copper River commercial salmon fishery is regulated by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. This fishery is usually comprised of two "openers" per week. Each opener is from 12 to 48 hours in duration.

When the fishing period closes the boats deliver their catch to the dock in Cordova. The fish are layer iced, then professionally processed to customer specifications. The fresh orders are well packaged with plenty of gel ice and sent on their way to your airport of choice. Prime Select's typical fresh delivery schedule is twice a week, Wednesday/Thursday and Sunday/Monday.

Alaska Airlines provides jet service twice daily and has several "fish flights" throughout the salmon season. Totem & Samson Tug & Barge services are available for surface shipping frozen products. For your added convenience we also offer Federal Express door-to-door service and drop shipping is also available.

Fresh Frozen ~ All Year Long

Gill-bled, and chilled to 33 degrees right out of the ocean, our fish are then processed only hours from the fishing grounds. Prime Select whole dressed salmon are flash frozen, glazed and individually poly bagged to stay fresher longer. Great shelf-life and recoveries, with excellent meat color and flavor. A joy to eat! Standard pack, Prime Select White 50# boxes.

Tasty Copper River red, king, and silver salmon fillets or portions and Gulf of Alaska halibut, lingcod and rockfish fillets or portions are also available throughout the year. The fillets are vacuum packed into clear pouches and quickly frozen while still very fresh. Retail labeling available for added flare and convenience for you and for your customers who want the very best.
